When you see a Limited Support Highlights alert in your game, please make sure the following settings are applied:

  • Game language: English

  • Screen resolution: 16:9 or 16:10

  • Display mode: Full screen

  • Game window: Must remain visible

  • PC display: Should run at the native screen resolution

This alert is shown for all users and will remain visible even after changing the game settings.


In some cases, the Outplayed in-game windows may still be unavailable and you may see the "Can't open in-game window" error even if the above settings are applied.


Additionally, we recommend checking if game highlights are temporarily unavailable

When game events are down, certain apps may not work correctly. 

Game events might not be recorded automatically or displayed properly on the recording timeline even if the game settings are correct.


When game events are down our development team works to restore full highlights functionality as quickly as possible. Once a fix is released, it will be applied automatically, and no action is required on your part.
