Overwolf apps and highlights are constantly communicating with games (all according to their terms of service, of course!) in order to provide you with different features.
Occasionally, these features may become fully or partially unavailable due to various reasons (we've listed a few of them bellow), in which case a message will appear in our help center and will specify the relevant game and status.
When a red status message appears it means that apps and highlights are currently unavailable for a specific game/s.
There could be a few different reasons for that, including:
- A game patch/update which requires us to make the necessary adjustments on our end
- An issue with the game itself, in which case the apps and highlights in Overwolf will not be able to receive the necessary information that they need in order to work properly
- Maintenance work on Overwolf's side
When a yellow status message appears it means that some features in apps and highlights are currently unavailable for a specific game/s. We are working to get things back to usual as fast as we can!
