Eligibility

  • Check out the terms of this campaign and make sure that you meet all the requirements

  • I completed the challenge but did not receive a win notification in-game

    Make sure you meet all the following conditions:
    • Achieve the challenge’s goal: win a Duos match in Apex Legends (Tournament matches are excluded).
    • Have Overwolf installed, updated and running during the game (with either Gazoom, Predator or Apex Tracker enabled through the game overlay settings – check out this article to make sure you got this covered!).
    • Have your system meet the minimum requirements for video recording, otherwise your challenge win will not recorded and you will not be able to share it and get the reward!
    • Own a Twitter account and a PayPal account.
    • Register to The Legends Challenge.
    • The game must be played on PC only (no consoles).

  • How can I register to the Legends Challenge?

    Once you click on the challenge's icon and then the "Let's go!" button, you will be asked to log into your Overwolf account:


    After logging in successfully, you will be asked to register your account to the challenge by confirming that you are over 18 years of age and are agreeing to the challenge's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy:


    And that's it - you're set!

  • Can I win more than once?

    Every participant can only win one $5 USD reward. Winning more than once, or even in both weekends of the challenge, won't get you another reward.

  • I don’t have a Twitter / PayPal account(s)

    The $5 USD reward can only be redeemed with a verified PayPal account (you can create an account for free).
    Sharing the win on Twitter via the Legends Challenge window is a must for getting the reward, no exceptions here and also no using another person’s account (you can only win once, avoid sharing the same PC as well).

  • Can I somehow participate if I don’t live and play in the US right now?

    No.

  • I do not live in the US / I used to live in the US / I’m from the US but visiting another country right now

    Sorry, but all of the above do not meet the requirements to participate in this challenge. You have to be a resident of the United States, with a valid home address, and complete the challenge while being in the United States - no exceptions.


Notifications

  • Why am I seeing a notification in-game?

    There are two types of in-game notifications: 
    • The challenge progress notifications, which will show up as you play an eligible match. Look for the first notification, which will announce that the challenge is live:
    • The unsupported mode notification, which will show up when you're playing an Apex Legends mode that is not supported in this challenge, and will not be eligible for the reward.

  • How do I know if I won? 

    A second notification will pop-up as soon you win the match, letting you know that you have completed the challenge.
    A confirmation of your win, as well as your code and video, will be presented in the Legends Challenge window.

  • I received a win notification but closed the Legends Challenge window, what do I do?

    You can re-open the window by clicking the Legends Challenge icon in the app you've been using.


Share issues

  • How do I share my win video on Twitter?

    Once you complete the challenge and exit the game, the Legends Challenge window will open up automatically with a clip showing your awesome plays, all ready to be shared with the world!
    Click on the "Share" button, log in to your Twitter account, and after tweeting your video the banner will load your RP code!

  • I can’t share my video

    Please make sure to contact Overwolf's Support Team with a screenshot of your Legends Challenge window.

  • I don’t see my browser window so I cannot share

    In order to share your video, Overwolf will use its own browser to pop the Twitter login. Pick it up from your taskbar if you don't see it.


Claiming the reward

  • I shared my video, how do I get my $5 USD reward?

    A 'Claim' button will be available in the 'Reward' tab of the Legends Challenge window - click it, follow the steps to connect to your PayPal account and that's it!


    *Make sure your PayPal account is verified to prevent any transaction issues!

  • I shared my video but did not receive a reward

    Please contact Overwolf's Support Team with a link to your shared video tweet, no later than 2 weeks after the campaign has ended (i.e. before December 27th, 2020).
    *Do not uninstall or reinstall Overwolf before contacting the support team.

  • I shared my video - how do I know if I won an action figure or the $2500-worth gaming PC and action figures set?

    Once you've shared your video you are automatically in for the raffles. We will send out an email message to the winners.


Are there going to be more challenges?

Yes! As long as our gamers take part in challenges, we will keep them coming!
