Eligibility

  • Check out the terms of this campaign and make sure that you meet all the requirements

  • I completed the challenge but did not receive a win notification in-game

    Make sure you meet all the following conditions:
    • Achieve the challenge’s goal: score a Triple Kill and win the match in Ranked Solo/Duo & Flex modes in League of Legends (Custom, Blind, Draft and ARAM matches are excluded).
    • Have Overwolf installed, updated and running during the game (with either Trophy Hunter Reforged, Gazoom, GOSU Assistant or LoLwiz enabled through the game overlay settings – check out this article to make sure you got this covered!).
    • Have your system meet the minimum requirements for video recording, otherwise your challenge win will not recorded and you will not be able to share it and get the reward!
    • Own a Twitter account and a Riot League of Legends account (Garena accounts are not eligible).
    • Register to the Alienware Challenge.

  • How can I register to the Alienware Challenge?

    Once you click on the challenge's icon and then the "Let's go!" button, you will be asked to log into your Overwolf account:

  • Kann ich mehr als einmal gewinnen?

    Every participant can only win one 650 Riot Points code. Wenn Sie mehr als einmal oder sogar an allen drei Wochenenden der Herausforderung gewinnen, erhalten Sie keine weitere Belohnung.

  • I don’t have a Twitter / Riot League of Legends account(s)

    The 650 Riot Points code reward can only be redeemed on a Riot League of Legends account (you can create an account for free).
    Sharing the win on Twitter via the Alienware Challenge window is a must for getting the reward, no exceptions here and also no using another person’s account (you can only win once, avoid sharing the same PC as well).

  • Kann ich auch teilnehmen, wenn ich nicht gerade in Deutschland lebe und spiele?

    Nein.

  • Ich lebe nicht in Deutschland / Ich habe früher in Deutschland gelebt / Ich komme aus Deutschland, besuche aber im Moment ein anderes Land 

    Es tut mir leid, aber all diese Punkte erfüllen nicht die Voraussetzungen, um an dieser Herausforderung teilzunehmen. Sie müssen in Deutschland ansässig sein, über eine gültige Wohnadresse verfügen und die Challenge in Deutschland abschließen - ohne Ausnahmen.


Mitteilungen

  • Warum sehe ich eine Mitteilung während des Spiels?

    Es gibt zwei Arten von In-Game-Mitteilungen: 
    • Die Mitteilungen über den Fortschritt der Challenge, die angezeigt werden, wenn Sie eine zulässige Partie spielen. Achten Sie auf die erste Mitteilung, in der "Das Spiel läuft" angekündigt wird.
    • The unsupported mode notification, which will show up when you're playing a League of Legends mode that is not supported in this challenge, and will not be eligible for the reward.

  • Wie weiß ich, dass ich gewonnen haben? 

    Sobald Sie den Triple Kill ausgeführt haben, erscheint eine zweite Benachrichtigung, die Sie darüber informiert, dass Sie das Spiel nur noch gewinnen müssen. Eine dritte und letzte Benachrichtigung zeigt an, wenn Sie das Spiel gewonnen haben, und teilt Ihnen mit, dass Sie die Challenge abgeschlossen haben.
    A confirmation of your win, as well as your code and video, will be presented in the Alienware Challenge window.

  • I received a win notification but closed the Alienware Challenge window, what do I do?

    You can re-open the window by clicking on the Alienware Challenge icon in the app you've been using.


Teilen-Probleme

  • Wie teile ich mein Gewinnvideo auf Twitter?

    Once you complete the challenge and exit the game, the Alienware Challenge window will open up automatically with a clip showing your awesome plays, all ready to be shared with the world!
    Click on the "Share" button, log in to your Twitter account, and after tweeting your video the banner will load your RP code!

  • Ich kann mein Video nicht teilen

    Please make sure to contact Overwolf's Support Team* with a screenshot of your Alienware Challenge window.

  • Ich sehe mein Browser-Fenster nicht, daher kann ich nicht teilen

    In order to share your video, Overwolf will use its own browser to pop the Twitter login. Holen Sie ihn sich von Ihrer Taskleiste, wenn Sie ihn nicht sehen.

  • I shared my video, how do I get my Riot Points code?

    The redeem code will be available in the 'Reward' tab of the Alienware Challenge window.

  • Ich habe mein Video geteilt, aber keinen Code erhalten

    Please contact Overwolf's Support Team* with a link to your shared video tweet, no later than 2 weeks after the campaign has ended (i.e. before November 8th, 2020).
    *Do not uninstall or reinstall Overwolf before contacting the support team.

  • I shared my video - how do I know if I won the Alienware gaming laptop?

    Once you shared your video you are automatically in for the raffle. Wir senden eine E-Mail-Nachricht an den Gewinner.
