Nothing happens when I reveal cards in my new packs!
This is mostly an issue with logging, and here are a few things you can check:
- Is logging properly enabled? If you have an Achievements.log file in <Hearthstone install folder>/Logs, you're all set! Otherwise, Overwolf should enable it for you, but like everything, things can go wrong. See this page to check and enable Hearthstone logging if needed.
Don't forget to restart Hearthstone if you changed the log file. - It could also be an issue with the app parsing itself. Please contact us and attach your logs (it will make life a lot easier for us). And if possible, also send us a screenshot! A picture is worth a thousand words ;)
It doesn't detect the new cards from that new expansion!
This probably means the app hasn't been updated yet. It usually is done within a couple of days at most of the new release, but you can never be sure. Please let us know via email if that's the case (don't forget to attach the logs) or directly on Discord.
