Before trying the steps below, we strongly recommend contacting our Support team as a clean installation may not be necessary to fix the issue:

If you still prefer to perform a clean installation, please make sure to back up any important app data first (such as recordings). These steps are intended for users who are unable to resolve issues through normal troubleshooting or are experiencing repeated issues. A clean install gives Overwolf a fresh start and may resolves persistent errors.
Perform a Clean Reinstall of Overwolf
1. Uninstall Overwolf
Press Start.
Open the Control Panel.
Go to Programs and Features.
Locate Overwolf and select Uninstall.
After the uninstall completes:
Navigate to
C:\Program Files (x86).If an Overwolf folder still exists, delete it.
2. Remove Local App Data
Press Windows Key + R.
Type:
%localappdata%Press Enter.
Find and delete the Overwolf folder.
3. Reinstall Overwolf
Once everything is removed, download Overwolf (along with your preferred app) Here or from our website and launch it again.
You should now have a clean, fresh Overwolf installation.
