The app keeps loading for stats / closes when I launch it, what can be the cause?

CSGO Scout requires the official CSGO API to be up and running, this API might be down due to maintenance or server issues occasionally, you can check the status here (e.g: in this screenshot, the app won't work for users in Europe-west, due to the CSGO API in Europe being offline).
 

The app works in-game but there aren't any stats, what to do?

Please try closing and re-launching CSGO.
 

I signed in to my Steam account, but I want to change into a different Steam account, can I?

This is currently not possible due to technical reasons, but rest assured that once this changes, we will add the feature.
