Frequently Asked Questions

When will my stats update?

The data is refreshed every 5 minutes. Ideally, it should take few minutes until you will see your updated data when you finish a match, but it depends on the API. It can take between few minutes to 30 minutes.

Where is the data from?

The data is received through the PUBGTracker.com API.

What games are supported by the app?

The game is around PLAYERUKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS stats. You can also use the app while being on Dekstop.

Can I change the hotkeys?

Yes! You have two default hotkeys. When you are playing PUBG, you can use the combination of Alt+T to show your stats and Alt+Y to show the settings of the app. You can change both of them on the Overwolf settings. Here is a quick guide is you are not sure how to change the hotkeys menually. You can also click the "Edit" button in the app for quick navigation.

Will PUBG Tracker get me banned?

No! PUBG Tracker only shows you information which is generated after the match has already been played. You can't use it for cheating. it doesn't physically help you while you play. You can get the data while using the browser, we are just helping you getting the data much faster as you are playing PUBG. You don't have to quit the game to see it.

Why do I need to install Overwolf for using the app?

Overwolf is the platform that enables the app to appear inside your game.

The app doesn’t work, what should I do?

Send your logs to support@overwolf.com with a description of the issue you had problems with, and we will do our best to help you.

Here’s how to get your logs:

  1. Go to %localappdata%/Overwolf/Log/
  2. Compress the log folder into a .rar/zip (This folder contains all the log files).
