Error message
Selected video settings are too high Please lower the settings and retry.

Explanation:
This error message is received when your selected combination of Codec/Preset/Resolution/FPS combo is too demanding for your computer (lack of PC resources).
Please try lowering the settings and play around with them to find the optimal selection for your PC.

If you have the option, we advise using one of the hardware encoders (NVidia NVENC, AMD VCE, or Intel Quick Sync) as this will free up some computer resources and allow higher quality recording in some cases.

Missing system files

The mf.dll file is one of many dll files that comes with Windows media player, we have found that in order to recored videos properly Windows has to have this dll in its system files.
So in order to record even on the N version of windows (A version that don’t come with Windows media player as a default player), you can just go here  (for Win 7), here (for Win 8.1) and here (for Win 10 and download the missing package for your Windows.

Keep us posted if it fixed your issue (at last until we will be able to fix it on our side)
